Network and Community Guide

A network file contains a list of pairs of nodes representing the links in the network in the form
1 3
1 5
2 4
etc…
meaning that there is a link between nodes 1 and 3, 1 and 5, and 2 and 4.

The community structure is represented as a list of nodes and the corresponding community in the form
1 2
2 3
3 2
4 2
5 1
etc.
meaning that nodes 1,3, and 4 belong to community 2, node 2 to community 3, and node 5 to community 1.
